During the quote stage I chopped and changed my mind with what doors to have but Emma Curnow & Natalie Moretti were so patient and a delight to work with, nothing seemed to faze them. It was such a pleasure dealing with each person at every stage of this process. Even when it came to having to bring the install forward to meet our deadline, to having then be delayed by the concreters. I know this would have been a scheduling nightmare when an installer had to be turned away. I want to make special mention to Vicki who was amazing to work with throughout all these dramas we faced. I would highly recommend your company to anyone that will listen and I love my final product!

My parents home needed an urgent rearrange after my Mum became ill at the start of the year. She assisted myself and my Dad to pick the best option for the work we were looking for and adjusted our quotes as we changed our minds a few times.

Not only was she sincerely patient with the process, but she took on board the reasons for the installation and the urgency behind it. She went above and beyond to arrange for the installation to occur in record time! My parents and I truly appreciate the effort and the communication.

"Dear Kendal,

I have just finished putting everything back in the Bedroom wardrobe and Hallway storage cupboard. Phew, what a mammoth task but so worth it.

I would like to say thank you for your intuitive design skills. I love the spaces that you created and it is a pleasure to use the robes. I love the lighting and have to tell myself not to play with the toggle switches. The pantry drawers are absolutely wonderful and I can fit so much in. They open and close beautifully.

All of the tradies who came to work on the robes were so good at their job and pleasant and personable. Although Bob didn't come to fit the quarter round he did work out how it would fit to hide the cut carpet around the hallway robe. It finished the job very nicely.

Thank you once again. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas with your family and a well deserved break over the festive season.

Not only was he punctual every single day, but he was a pleasure to have in our home.
He was polite but most of all, my children adored him and he was so patient with them when they were 'helping' him.
My 4 year old Reuben has learning difficulties, so can be challenging at times, but Justin was lovely towards him. Reuben followed him around with his toy work belt and was over the moon when Justin gave him a high vis t-shirt on the last day which he just loves!!

We would like to express our gratitude for the polite and useful customer service we received from all parties involved in the selection, measure and installation of our mirror and shower screen.

The showroom sales staff were very friendly, informative and helpful, we came in at the end of the day and received excellent service (thanks Andrea). The gentleman who came to measure (Brett) helped to problem solve issues we had experienced with a previous glass business and was very knowledgeable. He took care in taking measurements (as our walls are not perfectly straight) and we appreciate the advice he gave us.

Last but not least our Installer (Dave) was friendly, able to answer the questions I had and again was very knowledgeable, able to problem solve and was efficient.

We would welcome them both back to assist us with our ongoing renovations in the coming months. We have been renovating our house and have had many bad experiences along the way with businesses and trades people and were so very happy to finally have a good experience with the Packers Team.
